Expert Advisory for Foodservice Excellence

"The strongest foodservice strategies are not only ambitious. They are practical, measurable, and built around the people who operate and experience them every day."

We’ve been on every side of the table.

At TABLEPOINT, we’ve been on every side of the table.

Operators. Owners. Suppliers. Developers. Clients. Leadership teams.

TablePoint brings more than two decades of foodservice leadership experience to every engagement. We understand the realities of operating foodservice programs, the pressures facing executives, and the complexity of bringing multiple stakeholders together.

That means our recommendations aren't just strategic—they're practical, executable, and built for the real world.

Our experience spans the full spectrum of food service — from operations and strategy to design, development, and program management. We understand what happens behind the scenes and how every decision, from the kitchen to the dining room, can shape the experience for both operators and guests.

We’ve worked alongside leading hospitality and food service organizations, developing programs, solving complex operational challenges, and creating environments where great food and great experiences come together.

That perspective allows us to see the bigger picture. We don’t just design concepts — we understand how they need to function. We don’t just develop strategies — we know how to put them into action.

At TABLEPOINT, we’re entrepreneurs at heart, grounded in real-world industry experience and driven by curiosity, creativity, and results. We challenge conventional thinking, embrace the complex, and aren’t afraid to take a different approach when it leads to a better outcome.

We know food service. We know hospitality. And we know how to make it work

Founder & CEO Jeffrey Krakoff

Jeffrey Krakoff founded TablePoint Foodservice Advisory to help organizations turn complex foodservice challenges into clear, practical strategies.

He works with leadership teams to evaluate current conditions, define priorities, compare alternatives, and create realistic plans. His perspective connects operational requirements with financial goals and the expectations of the people the program serves.

Jeffrey's approach is collaborative and direct. He listens carefully, asks the questions that reveal the underlying issue, and organizes findings into recommendations stakeholders can understand and use. Clients work directly with him throughout the engagement, from early discovery through final recommendations and, when appropriate, implementation support.
